1. How many cleaners will you send?
It depends on the size of the property. But as a rule of thumb, we aim to get our end-of-tenancy cleaning service completed within 4-6 hours. We assign multiple cleaners if we estimate that the job may take more than this duration for a single cleaner to complete. There is no additional cost to you for this service.
2. Do you offer any cleaning quality guarantee?
We offer a 7-day cleaning quality guarantee, 5 days more than the industry standard. In a rare occassion that you're not satisfied with the quality of our service, we'll come back at a convenient time for you and re-clean for free of charge.
3. What are your prices?
We offer fixed priced quotes for our end-of-tenancy cleaning service starting from £160 for a studio flat, to £880 for a 6 bedroom and 3 bathrooms house.
4. Do you bring your own cleaning equipment and products?
An additional fee of £50 applies if we are required to supply cleaning products (e.g., cloths, cleaning solutions) and equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop, bucket) for the service. This fee covers the logistical costs associated with transporting and supplying the necessary materials for the service.
5. When do I need to pay?
We require the full amount to paid upon booking here on our website.
6. Do I need to be there for the clean?
No. As long as you provide us with property access information in your absence, there’s no need for you to be there during the clean. However, we recommend you to be there at the end of the cleaning, in order to inspect the quality of the service before our cleaners leave. This will be time-saving for both parties in a very rare occasion that anything gets flagged up that require re-cleaning.
7. What if my property is in a derelict condition?
Additional charges may apply if the property is found to be in a significantly neglected or heavily soiled condition requiring additional cleaning time and effort.
8. Will I get my full deposit back?
The final say on a refund of your deposit is decided by the landlord or the letting agent, not us. Our job is to pass the “Check-Out” standards required by major UK estate agents. If you are not happy with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 7 days and we will address the issue promptly, this may comprise of scheduling a re-cleaning session at no extra cost to you.
10. Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning?
Yes, you may book up to 2 hours in advance. There's a limited same-day availability, so you must book before 4pm to secure your spot, subject to availability. Please check our schedule online.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Please sign-up/ login to your account at least 1 hour in advance to your booking, should you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. For anything else, please contact us ASAP.
11. What is your refund policy?
In a very unlikely situation where we are unable to fulfil your booking. We will offer you a full refund if you opt for this rather than a reschedule. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for refund payment to clear.
