We offer a wide range of bespoke residential and commercial cleaning services, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, and specialist cleaning tailored to your specific needs.
3. Are your cleaners fully trained and insured?
Yes. All our cleaning professionals are fully trained, vetted, and insured. We maintain high standards to ensure your property is treated with care and professionalism at all times.
4. Do you bring your own cleaning equipment and products?
An additional £20 per cleaning session fee applies if we are required to supply cleaning products (e.g., cloths and cleaning solutions) or equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop, and bucket) for the service.
5. Can I customise my cleaning service?
Absolutely. Our services are fully bespoke, allowing you to choose the frequency, areas to be cleaned, and any specific requirements you may have.
6. How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book through our automated booking system on our website.
7. Are there any long-term contracts?
No. We offer flexible services with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel anytime.
8. How are your prices calculated?
Our pricing is based on hourly rates, and if cleaning equipment or products are required. All quotes are transparent with no hidden fees.
9. What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address the issue promptly.
10. Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning?
Yes, you may book up to 4 hours in advance, subject to availability. Please check our schedule online.
11. Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients provide access instructions, and we clean while they are away. Your security and privacy are always respected.
12. What if I need to extend the duration of my cleaning service after cleaning session has already begun?
You will be advised on accepted form of payment for extensions, provided it does not clash with other bookings.
13. Can I request to have more than one cleaner clean my property in order to save time?
It depends. We can only send a maximum of two cleaners per property, provided the booking is more than 6 hours long. Please request for this in the booking form if required.
14. What is your cancellation policy?
Please sign-up/ login to your account at least 2 hours in advance to your booking, should you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. For anything else, please contact us.
15. What is your refund policy?
In a very unlikely situation where we are unable to fulfil your booking. We will offer you a full refund if you opt for this rather than a reschedule. Please wait up to 3-5 working days for refund payment to clear.
