We aim to complete your cleaning service within 4 hours; however, the actual duration may vary depending on the size and condition of the property. Additional charges may apply if the property is found to be in a significantly neglected or heavily soiled condition requiring additional cleaning time and effort.

To save time and ensure the cleaning is completed efficiently, we may automatically assign multiple cleaners if we estimate that the job would take more than 4 hours for a single cleaner to complete. There is no additional cost to you for this service.

An additional fee of £50 per cleaning session applies if we are required to supply cleaning products (e.g., cloths, cleaning solutions) and equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop, bucket) for the service. This fee covers the logistical costs associated with transporting and supplying the necessary materials for the service.

Please login to your account at least 2 hours in advance to your booking, should you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service.
